Files, more to come with each update.
As the test prints come back clean we are getting final versions up of each model.
Some models are not yet full supported but we will be updating you every couple days as we finish up identifying which versions printed cleanest across the board.
In the end you will ALSO get a link to a Backerkit repository. At which point we will close this link. But we want to see these files hitting tables, not waiting on tests.

Ochako is present in both 35 and 54mm sizes in her basic stance.
The next release should be the updates to two of the staff and secure updates as well as two different orientations for the 35mm scale takoyaki stand. This will enable it be printed on smaller beds as well as larger,

Thank you all so much for your continued patience as we learn the ropes. We are dealing with some personal issues on this end (Visa stuff, expat woes, nothing big, just a hassle).
We have locked addresses for physical rewards and we will be sending the links to everything (supported and non supported on this coming Monday. A week late, yes we know.
To be very honest and open in our communications with you we wanted to express our sincere apologies for said delay. It came because we are still learning the flow of Backerkit.
On top of that we had to send a few models back for re-support and we lost a printer in the testing phase. RIP Photon MonoX 4k.
However, that doesn't mean you should be forced to wait. So we will be releasing all the supported AND unsupported models on Monday. Including two where the complexity of the sculpt has led to issues with getting supports.
We will continue to update the models and you will have a link to a GDrive with all the models, should a member of our community find a good support set up, we will gladly share it but we will continue to get them supported and will release the original and upgraded versions of Klawtakka, and the Uchi-Oni models. The additions are what caused the issues.
Again, this does not excuse anything in regards to our slow updates.
Physical Prints are nearing completion and will come with an update next week (we won't promise a day as we have more trips to Immigration and we don't want to miss a scheduled update).
Bronze is en route and our box maker has almost finished the box for our metal pour. Physical measurements have been taken for adding the liners to the resin versions and we will be casting them in a more sturdy resin than 3d resin. We also do not feel comfortable asking anyone to drink from anything off a resin printer.
It is Friday here in Thailand and we will update on Monday again, at that point physical addresses will be locked.

Updates, Fulfillment Begins!

Hello my lovely Backers,
I hope this update finds you all in good health and spirits. We have encountered some challenges with the utilization of Backerkit as our platform. As it turns out, Backerkit is more suitable for larger-scale projects and its comprehensive processes, while valuable, have inadvertently introduced some unnecessary steps for a project of our size, such as the surveys, reminders and survey lock steps. This has resulted in some unforeseen delays in our fulfillment process. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate through this and work to streamline our operations.
On a positive note, we are making significant progress on other fronts. Test prints for all our stretch goal digital files, including the house of Ochako, are currently in progress. This process may take a few more days as we are ensuring the quality and functionality of each item on multiple machines before they're approved for final upload.
In regards to our unique stretch goals, we're excited to inform you that the Sword Test Print is almost complete and is in its final stages of refinement. We typically specialize in resin printing, and this foray into FDM, though a learning process, is shaping up well. The Sword Test Print will be delivered split and supported for both FDM AND large format Resin, guaranteeing its highest quality.
For our physical rewards, we're deep in the process of designing unique packaging. While this may seem like a small detail, we believe it's these nuances that make the unboxing experience special. Each package will include a heartfelt, handwritten thank-you note from us.
Our Bronze Chalice Backer reward is progressing well with the first master resin print already produced. We're now preparing for the wax casting process, followed by sand mould creation. We are still waiting on the bronze and crucible, but we're doing everything we can to keep this process moving swiftly.
For our Mimic Backer, we went back to zero as you requested and made a slightly more "average" mimic as we understood your needs and your niche in the gaming world. You wanted it recognizable, it is! And it gave us another model for another day.
Regarding the surveys, we have not reached the response rate we hoped for. To address this, we are planning to release updates through both Google Drive and Backerkit to ensure all backers receive their rewards.
We also have a surprise for our physical backers! Included in your package will be a specially printed piece of artwork from the TTRPG. You can get a glimpse of this piece on our Facebook page and website.
By this time next week, we hope to complete the digital fulfillment process and be in receipt of all packing materials. Regardless of the circumstances, we are fully prepared to ensure your physical prints arrive clean, carefully wrapped, and on time.
What comes next after fulfillment?
We'll be launching our next Road to Suaykalpa release, but only after all the current digital rewards are fulfilled. This upcoming project is larger and less niche, featuring an impressive collection of over 200 models, including props, scatter items, and over 40 characters and monsters. Expect to receive links to the pre-launch event once we wrap up digital fulfillment.
On the company front, we're in the process of revamping our website. This transition period has its challenges, but we want to reassure you that our commitment to you remains unchanged and you are not forgotten.

Thank you all so very much for your help, we have come so far in so little time.
If you have not completed your Backetkit survey please do so soon! We will be sending a 48 hour and then we will be locking them after. Shortly thereafter we will be sending out download links.
Updates: 90% of models are pre-supported and test printed with images coming as soon as the gang is assembled. We are also designing some cute ways to package things despite this being our first foray.
We are fighting with some topology on Uchi-Oni and Klawtakka. These should be completed within the week with fresh topology on the troublesome areas.
Once that is done we will start posting some great pics of the process of making the grail in both normal physical lined and solid metal.

We learn new things at each stage. Right now we learned that Backerkit highly advises you wait 14 days before sending surveys. But, BackerKit surveys are coming!
Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts. We are also opening a pre-order store. So if you know anyone who wants to back but missed the campaign this is where they go.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page.
